Warranty

Letzroll Metalworks LLC d/b/a LMI (“LM1”) warrants all parts of its manufacture and furnished under this agreement to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. 

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • powder coat
  • installation
  • labor
  • freight
  • shipping damage
  • normal wear and tear
  • abuse
  • damage caused by misuse
  • damage caused by collision

This limited warranty does not cover any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection or repair/replacement period, delay, or mileage. This limited warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, modification, misuse, mishandling, improper care, and/or neglect. Also, this limited warranty is void in the event of improper installation. The liability of LM1 under this warranty is limited to the value paid for the defective product, and at LM1’s sole discretion, to repair or replace within a reasonable time.

This limited warranty is conditioned upon the following;

  • Proof of purchase by original Purchaser
  • LM1 being notified by Purchaser within one month of purchase after discovery of any defects.
  • the return of the defective product(s) to LM1 at Purchaser's expense within the limited warranty period.
  • LM1’s examination of such product(s) and to LM1’s satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration or any other exception to this limited warranty.

The original limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any product repaired or replaced by LM1. 

Purchaser understands that when LM1 is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Purchaser hereunder, the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not LM1 or its Affiliates. In purchasing the Products, Purchaser is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications, photographs or other illustrations representing the Products that may be provided by LM1 or its Affiliates. LM1 AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF NONINFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY RELATING TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES. Purchaser expressly waives any claim that it may have against LM1 or its Affiliates based on any product liability or infringement or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property rights (each a "Claim") with respect to any Product and also waives any right to indemnification from LM1 or its Affiliates against any such Claim made against Purchaser by a third party. Purchaser acknowledges that no employee of LM1 or its Affiliates is authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf of LM1 or any of its Affiliates that is not in this Agreement.

LM1 will not be responsible for and no liability shall result to LM1 or any of its Affiliates for any delays in delivery or in performance which result from any circumstances beyond LM1's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, embargo, acts of God or acts or laws of any government or agency. Any shipping dates or completion dates provided by LM1 or any purported deadlines contained in any other document provided by LM1 are estimates only.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Product(s) may only be returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an item is shipped to LM1 without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of the RMA date and only then if returns/exchanges are received by LM1 within 30 days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges and the product(s) must be repacked in their original packaging and be in new, saleable condition with all return shipping costs borne by the Purchaser. Refunds/exchanges are only processed after inspection by LM1 which may take up to 14 days. Please allow 7 to 10 days after inspection for the refund to be initiated. Timing for credit to appear on credit card statements may vary by card issuer and may not show up until the next billing cycle statement.
